If you're a visual artist who enjoys sharing your skills by teaching others, we'd love to hear from you!

Make Art in L.A. seeks creative, skilledfun and energetic instructors for our workshops. The first step is to submit a class proposal and some information to provide an overview of your ideas and experience.

Please submit the following:

  • Workshop Description (preferably with photos)
  • Bio and Qualifications (with emphasis on teaching experience)
  • Your Social Media Presence (website, blog, YouTube, etc.)

Instructors are paid as independent contractors, and all class registrations and fees are handled through Make Art in L.A.

Most of our artist instructors have taught extensively, exhibited in galleries, have published books and graced the pages of Somerset Studio magazines, Cloth Paper Scissors, and other popular art publications, and have active websites and blogs. Past, current, and upcoming instructors include:
